With a passion for infrastructure development and a commitment to empowering communities through quality workmanship, Monica has built Unamusa Road and Civils on the principles of integrity, professionalism and excellence.
Monica holds both a National Diploma in Cost and Management and a Programme in
Purchasing and Supply chain. Monica has over 15 years of experience in supply
chain, and she has been involved in several responsibilities as Inbound Clerk. She has
acquired skills in problem solving, communication and time management as well as
computer and reporting skills.
Under her guidance, Unamusa Road and Civils has grown from a small local operation into a reputable construction company recognized for its reliability, technical expertise, and consistent delivery of quality projects
Our Contracts Manager
Our Contracts Manager is ECSA registered as Candidate Civil Technologist with
exceptional technical and interpersonal skills. He holds both National Diploma and
B-TECH Degree in civil engineering (Transportation) and a Postgraduate Diploma in
Project Management. He is a team player with classic leadership and Project
management skills, approachable, has a high energy level and a strong passion for
entrepreneurship. He is meticulous, self-driven and has an eye for detail.
He has over 13 years of experience in road construction, maintenance, and
management. Further, he brings good skills in business such as project, and
stakeholders relationship management as he has managed to successfully lead the
supply and delivery projects to municipalities such as Fezile Dabi District Municipality,
Mafube, Midvaal, Msukaligwa and Dihlabeng Local Municipalities. He has worked
on both National and Provincial projects including SANRAL and N3TC as clients.
He has worked throughout the Northern, Southern and Eastern parts of South Africa
which includes Gauteng, Free State, North West, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and KwaZulu Natal Provinces.
